Please advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your treatment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of treatment will incur loss of total cost of package. Cancellations outside 48 hours will receive refund of monies paid. Treatments can be amended to a later date but a new date must be provided at the time of change in order for us to action the amendment.
